Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy governs the terms under which clients or CodeCraze Technologies LLP may cancel an engagement, project, or service agreement. We encourage all parties to communicate openly to resolve concerns before initiating cancellation.

2. Cancellation by the Client

Clients may request cancellation of a project or service engagement by providing written notice to CodeCraze Technologies LLP at contact@codecrazetech.in. The following conditions apply:

  • Before Project Commencement: If cancellation is requested before any work has begun, a full refund of the advance paid (if any) will be issued, minus any administrative or onboarding costs incurred.
  • After Project Commencement: If cancellation is requested after work has commenced, the client will be liable for payment of all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any advance payment will be adjusted against this amount, with the balance either charged or refunded accordingly.
  • Mid-Milestone Cancellation: If a cancellation occurs mid-milestone, the client will be billed on a pro-rata basis for the work completed within that milestone.
3. Cancellation by CodeCraze Technologies LLP

CodeCraze Technologies LLP reserves the right to cancel or suspend services under the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment or delayed payment beyond the agreed terms.
  • The client engaging in illegal, unethical, or fraudulent activities.
  • Persistent failure by the client to provide required inputs, approvals, or access necessary for project delivery.
  • Force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In such cases, we will provide reasonable notice wherever possible and refund any advance payments for work not yet commenced, minus costs already incurred.

4. Subscription or Retainer Services

For clients on a monthly retainer or subscription model:

  • Cancellation must be communicated at least 30 days in advance before the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for the current active billing period once the retainer resources have been deployed.
  • Upon receiving cancellation notice, services will continue through the end of the current paid period.
5. How to Cancel

To initiate a cancellation, please:

  1. Send a written cancellation request to contact@codecrazetech.in with the subject line "Service Cancellation Request".
  2. Include your name, company name, project/contract reference number, and the reason for cancellation.
  3. Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and begin the cancellation and settlement process.
6. Settlement of Dues

Upon cancellation, a final statement of account will be prepared detailing work completed, amounts paid, and any balance due or refundable. All outstanding dues must be settled within 15 days of the cancellation date. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property upon Cancellation

Upon full settlement of all dues:

  • All deliverables completed and paid for will be transferred to the client.
  • Work-in-progress deliverables will be handed over at the discretion of CodeCraze Technologies LLP after proportionate payment for the completed portion.
  • CodeCraze Technologies LLP retains ownership of all proprietary frameworks, tools, and methodologies used in the project.
8. Governing Law

This Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from cancellation shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
