1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by CodeCraze Technologies LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

CodeCraze Technologies LLP provides software development, technology consultancy, product engineering, DevOps, mobile application development, UX design, and quality assurance services. The scope of services is defined in individual project agreements or statements of work entered into with each client.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Not engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our systems or services.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the deliverables created under a specific project shall be as defined in the respective project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, CodeCraze Technologies LLP retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies used in delivering the services.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of each other's proprietary information and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. All invoices are payable within the period specified in the agreement. Late payments may attract interest as specified in the project agreement. Payments processed through Razorpay are subject to Razorpay's terms and conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CodeCraze Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CodeCraze Technologies LLP, its partners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or your breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments for work completed shall become due immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
